You may be able to do the following — turn off raid in the bios firstly depending on whether you want to keep using raid or change to IDE and have 2 separate drives. One way that you can try but I’m promise fasttrak 378 raid really sure if it will solve the problem.
I had to burn the files on the root directory, but when Vista tried to install Prmise popped in the CD’s and it had to uncheck the “Hide drivers that are not compatible with this computer’s hardware” I tried both the Win and the Ultra XP drivers but each time there promise fasttrak 378 raid still no drive appearing after I hit Refresh.
Can you specify which is which: Tried legacy and native modes, Sata only and both etc. Thank you Promisw, I know some months promise fasttrak 378 raid passed since your answer, but I didn’t succeed at first and decided to give it another try when rebuilding my system.

Has anyone been able promise fasttrak 378 raid find drivers that work with this onboard RAID controller? Already have an account? It’s not obvious from the XP setup screen where you can select the drivers but you can actually scroll down with the arrow key and find more than the 4 that are shown.

Still think the problem is with the floppy. So when I try to update to the newer drivers taken from the promise site as I read the asus one had promise fasttrak 378 raid small problemdriver install fails because the driver is not trusted.
Use the asus cd that came promise fasttrak 378 raid the motherboard, worked for me. Thank you for your help! I found this, maybe it will be of help: I set it in fasttgak it has auto,disabled enhanced and one more option,i don’t remember or a p neo2-v board and it worked!
